1. Parties

These Terms of Use are agreed between MEG Digital ("Company"), located in Afyonkarahisar, and the users ("User") of the Clypse application ("Platform").

2. Scope of Service

Clypse is a mobile application that generates videos from user-uploaded photos using AI technologies (Kling, Google Veo, etc.). The Company reserves the right to modify available AI models at any time.

3. AI Safety & Acceptable Use

Generating or attempting to generate the following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Child exploitation or content endangering minors.
Deepfakes or misleading imagery of real persons without consent.
Violence, hate speech, or promotion of illegal acts.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account ban and reporting to authorities.

4. Payments & Refunds

Purchases on Clypse (Coin packs, Subscriptions) are processed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Digital Goods

Purchased Coins and Subscriptions are digital goods and are non-refundable once used.

Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions anytime via your respective app store settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App design and code belong to MEG Digital. Generated videos belong to the User (subject to AI provider terms), but User grants Company a license to host and process them.

6. Disclaimer

AI generation quality depends on the input photo and model. The Company does not guarantee perfect results for every generation.
